Initial session 75 mins | £135 & Following sessions 60 mins | £105
Wellness coaching assesses each individual’s current physical, mental and emotional state. It helps you to set goals for what you want to achieve in your overall health and wellness by creating a tailored plan of action to reach your goals.
Coaching gives you the freedom to move through particularly difficult life situations, for instance, if you’re feeling:
Stuck in life
Anxious
Mentally exhausted
Experiencing trauma
Suffering from an illness
Struggling to move forward due to personally or professional situations
Through using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other techniques, together we can make a plan which will provide the direction, clarity and space to make the changes you need to reach your goals.
Mostly the sessions involve talking therapy, some practical exercises, breath work and visualisations. There will also be homework tasks to be done between sessions, so you can make the required changes in your daily life as you progress through the coaching programme.
Before investing in your health and wellbeing, we can have an initial conversation to ensure a good fit for us both. I would usually recommend a programme of 4-6 sessions, but this is dependent on each individual.
